Welcome to LaserArtsDesign. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.laserartsdesign.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any products from us. By accessing our Site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Custom Orders & Design Approvals

Because many of our products involve custom laser engraving, specific rules apply to personalized items:

  • Accuracy of Information: You are entirely responsible for the accuracy of any text, logos, or graphics you provide for customization. We engrave exactly what is submitted.

  • Proof Approvals: If we provide a digital design proof prior to production, manufacturing will not begin until you give explicit approval. Delays in approval will result in delays in shipping.

  • Intellectual Property Rights: By submitting logos, trademarks, or designs for engraving, you warrant that you own the rights to that artwork or have permission to use it. We reserve the right to refuse orders that infringe on copyrights or contain offensive content.

2. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Custom Products: Due to the permanent nature of laser engraving, all sales of customized items are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom pieces unless we made an error that deviates from your approved proof or order submission.

  • Non-Custom Products: Standard, non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Cancellations: Orders for custom items can only be canceled if production or design proofing has not yet begun.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We make every effort to process and ship your items within our stated production timelines. However, delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates. LaserArtsDesign is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Limitation of Liability

LaserArtsDesign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our products, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
